Coverless Tip Top Comics - Peanuts Help me to identify it

I know somewhere between Tip Top Comics #189 and #212.

The cover is missing that has the incidia. Comics.org doesn't have all info on the individuals. Other website does have the info on Tip Top Comics but it ends with187, nothing further. Anywhere is still insufficient.

Can you identify this coverless book with 6 page Peanuts?  There is 3 pages of Captain and the Kids before and 3 pages of Fern'nand - Peanuts are between them.

Solving this puzzle will be highly appreciated!  I can mention you in my selling thread if you don't mind.
