Any thoughts as to where this might grade out at?

It's tough for me to see any detail, but this book appears to have a nice look to it. I'd need closer shots of the book to make a better determination...

I'm in the VF range as well.

Some of the flaws look like they could be removed with a quality clean and press...

It’s a little hard to see in the plastic and top loader but here’s what I see:

top edge is rough

top and bottom left corner a little soft 

back has some dirt  

 

dont feel bad. Silver age 9.0s are very tough to get

I'm about where you are, Lion, based on what surface features I can see that aren't being attenuated by the shell, but ideally, I'm guessing because grading images of books in bags or holders is less than ideal.

Thanks everyone!  I got a nice surprise today and it came back a 9.0 OW/W.
