I don't see any spine defects, nothing in the way of stresses, which especially considering the solid black back cover, for this book, is a miracle! You have the two tiny production "puffs" at the top and bottom of the spine, which I have seen even on 9.6s and 9.8s. The right edge of the cover has the normal amount and depth of fluting, again part of production, the right cover edge of 300s produced with a deckled edge and evident even on CGC 9.4s to 9.8s, so based on these images, the only possible issue I see as far as defect goes is the back cover, near the left edge, where it looks grainy in the image, which may be due to reflected light alone, tough to tell. It's a very nice 300 considering such a mechanically problematic book. I'd say 9.4 minimum, probable 9.6, outside shot at 9.8 if that's all simply light artifact on the back cover image.
