Off White to White same grade 0

I recently saw 2 comics on ebay. Both 8.5's but one was listed white pages and the other White to Off white. So Both being 8.5's is the value the same or would a 8.5 with white pages command a premium?

Yes, the book with white pages would probably sell for a bit more...

In same grade, White pages will usually be more expensive.

the price likely be more for a book in a grade that MATTERS for white vs offwhite

If you're buying a random non-key modern CGC 8.5, I'm not sure there would any difference, or any market for either. 

But IF you personally don't mind off-white, you can try to use it as a negotiating point to buy a comic for cheaper.  Good luck.
