Thor #165 ink Mark's on inside page 0

I have a thor #165 issue with some blue ink Mark's inside one if the back pages. Can this be fixed and  does it affect the value greatly.

Welcome To The Boards!!!

Take some pics of the entire book (Front/Back Cover, Spine, Edges/Corners, Page W/Marks) and post them in the "Hey Buddy, Can You Spare A Grade" section.

Without seeing it, it sounds like overspray from a distributor spray painting the edges of the books.  It can't be easily removed but doesn't greatly downgrade the book unless it's very excessive.

For the OP and anyone else considering asking a question in this thread (or others), its fine to have this question and ask this question, but this type of question (some would say VERY OBVOIUSLY) would benefit from having pictures attached. 

It would be like trying to get a diagnosis over the phone from a doctor about some weird mark on your body.  Of course the verbal description matters, but the picture matters a million times more.
