Can this Master Comics 64 still get an 8.5 with this kind of staining? 1 1

Was looking at some auctions and came across this book which Heritage graded as VF+ (8.5). But it has staining all along the top of the cover, which I thought couldn't give this an 8.5. Was wondering your thoughts on this. Also, no back cover was provided

Looks more like some foxing than staining to me. 8.0-8.5 seems reasonable on it.

Yes, it certainly looks like foxing to me as well, which doesn't seem to get dinged as much - go figure (odd, since some of it is STILL alive and can worsen in humid and dark conditions!!). 

Dust shadow lower right, but I can still see this one in the 8.0 to 8.5 range.

IMO: No way it's an 8.5 grade.
