Looks nice from the front, no spine stresses, no bindery tears or spine splits as is common with this book, cover and all pages securely attached, bending to top L corner of bc with a bit of color break that runs 3/4 of the way through the book, crescent bend to L edge of bc that affects pgs of last half of book, wear to black inks of bc, some waviness to book likely due to exposure to moisture but there are no overt signs of moisture damage such as stains or tide marks.

Book could definitely benefit from a press but even best case I can't see it getting past VF+
