There aren't any bends and the back cover does not have any spine roll and there is not one spine tick on this book. No finger prints...nothing. "9.4 range" = somewhere around NM. I tend not to give the opinion of 9.8 unless I can examine it in-hand myself. Would you be happy with "9.8 candidate"?
