PGM X-Men #16 0

Hi everybody, new user here. Just registered yesterday after finding out that my dad has a bunch of early X-men (this one and then a bunch of #20's and #30's).

Creasing in the corners and on the spine is definite. The front cover top left and the top right back cover, I don't know what the specific term for that is but it's definitely not a rip. More like a discoloration.

that stain throughout the book really knocks the grade down but it is a nice looking book
