I wouldn't pay to have it graded.  It looks no better than a 9.0 owing to the color breaking spine stress line and corner wear at both top and bottom on the right of the front cover.  If, as it appears, the bottom staple is pulled, the grade will be even lower.

Thanks @namisgr I'm still learning grading, and when it's worthwhile to send a book in to CGC.

I checked the book and that is indeed a lower staple pull.  Do you think that would bring it down 8.5?  Or maybe 8.0?

Staple pulls are usually hit pretty hard.
