I just got this comic book in the mail. Is it worth grading? I see the .12c is off from the binder.

Miswrapped - Bindery defect where staple and fold do not intersect the center of the cover causing some of the back cover to appear on the front of the comic or front cover to "ride around" to the back.

With the creases on the spine and one that breaks color I would say you are in the FN/VF 7.0 range.

What’s your criteria for something being worth grading?

I love this issue - but not worth grading. There are lots of high grade copies of this book (8.5 and up), but would only really be desirable if you could hit 9.6 for it - and much of the desire of this issue is how it presents, which this mis-wrap would be a very big strike against it competing with other books in similar grade.

Agreed.  This is a warehouse book.  Zillions of copies out there.
