I was wondering what grade do you think this is? Would this benefit from a press or a clean?

7.0 range.

1st impression is also about 7.0

On the back cover shot near the top of the right edge, there's a discoloration.  Is that a water stain?

There's a slight spine roll and the right front edge looks a little curled at the bottom, plus some marks on the back cover which maybe a clean would clear up, not sure.

So poss a clean/press could get another .5    That's assuming there's no water stain mark
