Are you going 5.5 because it looks like it could have been trimmed?  I just compared to other images and couldnt tell

5.5 - 6.0. Is that a strain on the right-hand side of the front cover, or is a sun-shadow, or is it foxing? The answer might lead me to alter my prediction.

I just examined under a light and looked at both sides of the cover

I'm guessing that it's sun-shadow

The fact that we can see no interior pages on any of the sides either from front or back is a little troubling.

I'm far from an expert, but if you're concerned about this book being trimmed, take some lower angle pics from the top, right and bottom so we can see the overhangs and fanning of the pages.

Aside from that, the FC presents really well. Yes that is sunshadow on the right, but CGC is usually pretty lenient with that.

What's really going to kill the grade is all that wear in the middle of the spine on the back that extends to the front a bit on his right arm near the bottom staple.

Because of that spine wear, I'm going with a 6.0.
