I was wondering what grade do you think this is? And whether it would actually get a Qualified grade?

Some addition details: Wear up spine. 50% split down spine from top corner in covers and first pair of pages. Looks like covers have been glued to the first and last page, though it's difficult to tell if this was done during production or later to keep the covers attached.
