Art is in the eye of the beholder. There are books that I like that perhaps others may not (I like that because less demand helps keep prices down). There are many other books in which I seem to have the "same eye" as many other collectors. Either way, I thought this thread was about showcasing books which showcase woman, not an argument about who can draw better than the next guy. Either way, I was considering posting, however, @Robot Man has really stolen the show with a PL17, followed up by that Giant Comic Edition 12 (really would like a copy of that book). Well done, Bob. Your taste is impeccable (Matt Baker sure could draw). Wise words. I agree. Hudson

Popular Post kav
I gotta say comparing the old timers to the newer artists, the old timers depicted women as they learned in figure drawing classes, the new timers more learned to draw from looking at comic books and have a sort of blow up doll vision of the female body. It’s one I should really get before prices get out of hand. I will also own a Sanjulian original sketch one day. They are surprisingly not very expensive. Especially compared to any original Frazetta sketch.

That’s a fact for sure. To be fair though a lot of women nowadays look like blow up dolls.

Ken Aldred
Nothing much representing the Bronze Age, so here’s some Richard Corben... And a rude one... Spoiler For a creator renowned for his female figure work in his interior art, difficult to find a cover.
