It is a 2 family vacation. They went in on the beach house. My responsibility is groceries. In which case I already hit my target. But I just got a French drain put in my backyard. So any extra earned goes to pay that off sooner. Thanks you, going to try to list more tonight.

We were having horrible water issues. The solution was to turn my pond into a deep well that the French drain leads to. $5,000 I didn't want to spend. We previously waterproofed our basement. So hopefully god willing next year we plan on getting a pool!
