It's hard to accurately grade in from just the FC and being in the plastic.  Reflections or wrinkles in the plastic can look like blemishes in the book or the plastic can conceal actually blemishes. 

It looks like a nice book. Assuming it's complete and no major issues with the bc, I would say VF
