This book was originally in NM condition, until the eBay seller thought it was a great idea to ship this only in a manila envelope across the country to my doorstep.  I’m honestly surprised at how great of condition it’s still in despite that journey.

If I collected sigs, this book would be the gem of my collection.  Since I don’t, and since I’m building a nestegg for that project of mine, this book is looking for a new home.
