It's probably legit... the guy is probably realizing he can save 40 bucks but I wouldn't do it.  To risky... just say you can't. ..

This is 99% likely NOT a scam.  Just a guy trying to figure out a way to recoup the $40 he missed out on.  A little paranoia goes a long way, apparently.

And why are they all from Nigeria??  How many princes do they have over there?  And all the other princes in other countries have been able to keep themselves under control?
