Removing a card stock sketch cover 1 1

I have questions I'd like to bring to the CGC community.

Would the value of a comic go down if the card stock cover of a sketch variant were removed?

Would a grader be able to tell?  

What are your thoughts???

I'm no expert on the sketch covers, but wouldn't think that it would get a qualified label....

Wouldn't the staple be "loose" in comparison to the non-sketch cover versions if you removed the sketch cover?

I don’t know what CGC thinks, but as far as I know, the extra cover is intended for protection, then removal. I’d expect a note made on the label that it had been there originally. most people will prefer it removed so the sketch can be seen in the slab.
