Submission Tracking 0

I shipped my books to CGC by UPS.  Package was delivered.  However, when I check the "Submission Tracking" tab, it indicates that I have no comics in submission.  How long does it take for comics to be entered into the system once they have been delivered to CGC?

Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry.  Processing of orders generally runs 2-10 business days from delivery depending on submission volume.  We are currently processing deliveries from the week of 8-10.

You will receive an automated email notification to alert you of your new submission once it has been processed.   After processing you may begin tracking the progress of your orders online via the Submission Tracking feature.

Choose MY SUBMISSIONS

Click the VIEW STATUS button
