zzutak
3.5 VG- (light creasing and edge wear, but very heavy soiling/staining) -- assuming there are no significant interior defects. Not valuable enough to justify the cost of CGC certification. eselrod and Kevin.J

KCOComics
are the staples rusty and did the rust migrate? I'm at a 2.5 personally.
William-James88
2.5, I'd get it graded, would make selling easier.

Even easier (and quicker and more profitable) would be to simply give the book away! Jumbo #44 in low grade is a book that typically sells for around guide -- which would be around $60 for your condition grade (2.5 GD+). $60 is almost certainly less than the combined cost of CGC grading ($32 for the Value service, or $42 for the Value Fast Track service) plus shipping (to Sarasota and back). And don't forget the costs associated with selling (including venue commission and PayPal fee). This recent auction sale confirms my estimate of fair market value. Good luck. comicginger1789
2.5. Lots of paper stains and rusty staples kill it. Would not be worth it to grade IMO.
