Amazing Spider-Man #252 1984

1st time Peter Parker dons the black spidey costume in Amazing Spider-Man title, see first note below.

NOTE: One of three comics released May 1984 that have equal claim as the first appearance of Spider-Man's black costume. The other two are Marvel Team-Up #141 and Spectacular Spider-Man #90.
