Reholder or Refund? 0

I recent purchased a 9.8 SS from Ebay however when it arrived I found it had small pieces of plastic (what looks like the broken corners of the inner well) in between the slab and inner well. If I was to send this in for a "reholder" what are the chances of a downgrade from 9.8?
