Prescreen Issue 1 1

Hi

 

i currently have 28 books in my cart that I’d like to submit as a prescreen. All have the same tier grading selected, but the option to prescreen is not appearing. Is it because I have ordered a couple of the books to be pressed?

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  You do need to have at least 25 books in one tier of service to qualify for pre-screen.  If you choose pressing for some books and not others then this will separate those books onto a separate invoice preventing the pre-screen option from popping up.  You'd have to have at least 25 for pressing and/or 25 for just grading in order for that option to come up.
