Is that rust on the lower staple?

Is that a crease across "What I had " Green Lantern bubble?

Hi,

Thanks for all the grades... On the staple i don't think so took a FLUKE to it could be a little dirt or maybe VERY minute rust, maybe a grade IF it is rust and one if its not ?

7.0 If no rust and that crease

I didn't think manufacturer creases hit grading. 9.2 if not. 8.5 if.

Good point. I assumed that was a handling defect but it could very well be a manufactured defect...and that's why I don't work for CGC

Based on the scans I was thinking 9.0, and then I saw this comment. I missed the crease. So checked the scans again and thought 7.5?
