Hi gang. I'm thinking of submitting this issue to CGC for grading. Will CGC honour the yellow label of CBCS if I submit it? 

Also, one other question about a different issue (while I have you). I want to get his pressed without smudging the ink on the cover. If I make this clear in the notes to CGC, could CGC guarantee not to smudge the sigs?

No,  CGC Signature Series is only for comics witnessed by CGC representatives

For the second question, a good presser can press the comic without smudging the signatures. But I don’t know if anyone will guarantee anything ahead of time

but you can probably contact the presser of your choosing directly and ask them what work they can do and what if anything they can guarantee
