Psycho #19 8.5 $40

Psycho #19 July 1974. 9.0 VF/NM. Cover by Sebastian Boada. Includes the best appearance by Lady Satan, who I guess was Skywald's version of Vampirella (although she looked more like the Blood Red Queen), with art by Pablo Marcos. Al Hewetson wrote almost all the stories, using pseudonyms to hide the fact that he was basically writing everything. Includes a letter from Christopher Lee thanking them for an interview with him published in an earlier issue. The fine front cover is beautiful, smooth and blemish-free, the back cover shows a bit more wear, giving you a B&W preview of Manuel Brea Rodgriguez' cover for Scream #7.

5 Por Infinito, 5.0 VG/FN $30

One last item, for Warren fans.  "5 Por Infinito" preceded the Dracula magazine that was published by New English Library.  It had story and art by Esteban Maroto with assist from others (e.g. Ramon Torrents drawing the women).  Dave Karlen:

This is a reproduction of 5 Por Infinito, in color, by a Spanish publisher I believe in the 1970s.  It is in Spanish.  I can provide scans tomorrow, if anyone is interested, but we are not talking 9.8 quality.  Still an interesting curiosity.

Creepy #15 7.0 FN/VF $28

Stories in this issue include: Thane: City of Doom by Steve Ditko and Archie Goodwin; Adam Link, Champion Athlete by Joe Orlando and Otto Binder; The Adventure of the German Student by Jerry Grandenetti and Archie Goodwin (from the story by Washington Irving); The River by Johnny Craig; and The Terror Beyond Time by Neal Adams and Archie Goodwin. Also includes Creepy Fan Club information. Cover art by Frank Frazetta. There is a barely perceptible "line" down the front cover that looks like a production defect, otherwise very nice.
