Whats up with the lack of Graders notes? 0

I'm a newbie to CGC . I am wondering how many Graders notes I should expect to get for my submissions. My first Submission netted me 17 9.8's out of 25 books, so I was satisfied with the 4 non 9.8 books that received grading notes. For my second submission I sent a 25 book mixed bag of differing quality so that I can better get  a handle on how to grade ( getting all 9.8's does not help much in learning how to grade). In this 2nd submission 22 books graded below 9.8 (ranging from 8.5 to 9.6), but I only got grading notes for 2 books. This seems pretty low to me...am I correct in this assumption?

I would hope for grader notes for anything below 9.4. The only guarantees in life are death and taxes, though.

It is low...but from what I understand, the graders are extremely busy right now, which means they're doing what they can to save time...
