Can you get a perfect 10 on a card with no subgrades? Or only pristine? Also are subgrades stored anywhere even on cards where you ordered no subgrades? In case somebody ever wants to reholder and add subgrades?

Hello - The only way to get a perfect 10 is to pay for sub grades and receive 4 10's on the sub grades. Grading with sub grades takes 3 or 4 times longer than without, so to examine every card in that level of detail, even those that do not pay for sub grades, is not feasible.

Can somebody elaborate on the second sentence? If no-subs take shorter to grade than subs, and are examined at a different level of detail, that seems to imply that they are graded with less accuracy.
