As I was collecting SOTI books, I created a section of my collection called "Wertham Missed It", slowly picking up some of the books that Wertham didn't single out, but probably would have if he had seen them.  Pics to come...

And of all the innuendo covers, this I by FAR the best.  IMHO.  
I had seen this cover many times over the years, but never paid attention to it.  When I finally paid attention to it, I laughed out loud and it has been my favorite since.

I definitely think Wertham was more concerned with violence than he was with sex. One thing he never caught on to was that many adults read comics, and some of these books weren't written for kids. But of course the kiddies bought them, and parents went ballistic.
