Loose encapsulated card 0

I received a card that’s loose and doesn’t seem completely sealed. Just received it today in the mail. Is there any insurance on this to get it fixed? Can I send it back in?

Contact customer service phone #, they've always been helpful for me and should be able to help you get it figured out. I would assume it's no charge but can't tell you for sure as I haven't had the same thing happen.
