I have a submission from late August that never seemed to make it out of pressing and just looks stuck.  It is modern and others on the same shipment, including one modern book that was inexplicably broken out into its own order, have already been pressed, graded and sent back.  Any way to tell what’s going on with something at the presser?  3714618 is the submission number if that helps.  I’ve emailed support but haven’t heard anything.

Hello, thanks for your message.  It does appear that this invoice is delayed for some reason with CCS. I will send a message down to see if they can locate it and get it moving. Thanks!

The exact same thing has happened to me. Sent books in October.

I received half of one shipment in November - the other half (high dollar books) have been completely MIA.

I emailed and asked for the remaining books to be fast tracked, was told me order was updated - it wasn't. 

To make matters more frustrating, I've sent other books in and got them back while the high dollar books remain in limbo.
