Looks sharp. 9.4-9.6 for me, and I would not be surprised to see a 9.8

I had quite a few of these graded between 9.4 and 9.6 - looking pretty much just like the one you have. I can't tell if you need a press or not with the photos, but I know a few of mine could have bumped up a bit with a press fwiw.

A press will guarantee a 9.6...IMO.
