PGM G.I. Joe 1 2 2

My copy of GI JOE 1 is pretty solid.  There are some easily pressable defects on the cover that do not show up in the picture.  Main issue are the two small tears on the lower left rear wear it looks like someone snagged it with their thumb.  Would love thoughts on the grade as pictured as I am assuming anything not visible would press out.

Corner chip, edge tears, writing on the cover... 7.5-8.0 green label.

This one is a keeper for me so I won't be grading it.  Got the sigs personally.  It would look gross in green.
