Picked this up. 

Cover looks nice.  Four small tapes in the interior cover holding nothing. 

Bottom staple may not be attached to the center page... it's still attached on the other pages.

That crease on the back keeps it at about 3.0 or thereabouts, given 3.0 is already really low, it may not go 2.5 but

2.5/3.0 final answer   @Wolverinex

2.5 as is 3.0 to 3.5 with a good press!
