Selling comic art and not an expert

I recently came into some comic art in a deal and now I'm trying to sell it because I don't have a great way to display it and I mostly just collect books.  The Iron man 2 page spread is likely a spec submission by artist David River and not a published piece. The artwork is however original pencils and inks and the quality of the art is gorgeous. The Flash 320 cover is comic production art which I believe is referred to as a "paste up." The paste up has some added ink and white out edits that show you where changes were make to original ink and pencils. It is a very cool piece of comic art history.  I am asking $190 for the Iron Man spread and $425 for the Flash paste up.  I would take $575 for both pieces.
