  1. Good to see you got one shipped from 8/10. My 8/9 sub is still SFG. Hopefully there will be movement soon.
  2. I do think there is some water damage on the hand colored piece unfortunately. The names on the progressives are both signatures. I have two other Romita signatures and they look very similar. The person I bought these from said that their cousin toured Marvel as a child in the 1960’s and met Romita and Goldberg. He was given these items as a gift and Romita and Goldberg signed the progressive for him.
  3. I need some advice. I bought these because I thought they were really cool. They are printers proofs for the cover printing of ASM 49 and FF 63. The printer proof for ASM 49 is signed by Romita and Stan Goldberg. There is also is a hand painted 7x10 color guide of ASM 49 which I think is really cool. I can’t find many examples of these types of art. I’m trying to get more information and help on the value side.
  4. I recently came into some comic art in a deal and now I'm trying to sell it because I don't have a great way to display it and I mostly just collect books. The Iron man 2 page spread is likely a spec submission by artist David River and not a published piece. The artwork is however original pencils and inks and the quality of the art is gorgeous. The Flash 320 cover is comic production art which I believe is referred to as a "paste up." The paste up has some added ink and white out edits that show you where changes were make to original ink and pencils. It is a very cool piece of comic art history. I am asking $190 for the Iron Man spread and $425 for the Flash paste up. I would take $575 for both pieces.
