Psycheout Posted February 21, 2021 Share Posted February 21, 2021 Hi, A few months ago I submitted some comics for a Signature Series event, I'm UK based and got an email a few days ago saying that my Card on file is declining, i'm not sure why that is (possibly due to being a UK bank account and it being flagged as suspicious etc) but could you tell me what options I have to pay my invoice? (it's only $43) Is there an Online payment portal such as for submissions to the UK office? Unfortunately, you are not able to enter the credit card information on your end. You will need to provide that to our accounting department.
