Billing/Charges for Prescreen Submission 1 1

I’ve made dozens of submissions however I’m considering sending in my first 25 book prescreen. With a normal submission my card is charged shortly after the the books are received and processed. I’m curious how it works with prescreen. Is the entire amount charged upon receiving then altered to reflect the actual charges once the books that don’t meet the prescreen grade and removed from the total? Or do the charges not take place until the after the initial prescreen?

Good afternoon,

For pre-screen, you would not be charged until the books were graded as you would only pay grading fees on those that met your minimum grade.  The other books that did not meet the minimum would just be charged a $5 reject fee.  You would be charged once that grading process was completed.
