PG FF #13 Before I Purchase It - GRADE IS IN! 3 3

[Math Teacher]

There is a dealer selling a raw version of FF #13. He has graded it F+, and his asking price is $700. Even if the book came back graded as a 5.5, I would be happy with that grade and the price I paid. I only have two views, front and back. I know that more views would be beneficial, but this is the best I can do.

Please give me your opinion on the grade of this book.

I think the very soft  lower FC spine corner and diagonal crease puts this book at most a 5.5 as is. a press and clean maybe a 6.0

I would put this in the 5.5 range.

I have a book rated 6.0, but it looks worse. I do not know how much the soft angle affects, but I would give 6.0-6.5

Brother, that's a loooong crease. As nice as the book looks, I agree with the 5.0s.

I think 5.5 is realistic.

Edit: I'm having a tough time judging how that crease will affect final grade but the book has alot going for it. Feels like an overperforming 5.5 or an underperforming 6.0

FYI - I did purchase this book. I got the dealer to knock the price down to $800 and free shipping.

When I get this graded (my goal is to have FF #1 - #20 in slabs), if it comes back as a 5.0 or a 5.5, I will be OK with the price I paid.

Actually, after I had delayed for a while, the price was raised from $700 to $900. As the saying goes, "He who hesitates is lost."
