Hello Jennifer, Thank you for the reply. One more question about it so to upgrade from premium to elite how much more would I be paying? I wasnt sure if my price of $276.00 (for the elite) minus my original $149.00 for my premium level or if I have to pay $276.00 and dont get credit for my 149.00 premium level money? Thank you. Hi Jerry,

If you upgrade from Premium to Elite, you do pay the full Elite price.  It is not prorated because you are then receiving an additional $150 credit with the Elite membership on top of the credit you already received for the Premium.  So you are receiving $300 in credit in one year so we don't discount the membership fee on top of that.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.  Thank you!

Hello again Jennifer, I have 2 questions for you. First question I sent my first submission in on march 6, 2021 and the post office tracking says it was delivered march 10, 2021 at 3 p.m. but as of yet I havent heard anything from CGC and I dont seem to be able to get it when I try to check my submissions. I just recently joined and this was my very first submission so I am not sure how it is supposed to go. Could you check to see if My submission is there? I am not sure what you need to check it for me but my account number is CS182113 and the postal tracking number on my submission box is 9506116173161067184852.

My 2nd question is on my submission form it has my total as $450.40 and doesnt reflect my $150.00 dollar credit for joining. I am sure these are both easy questions for you but remember I am new at this so sorry for all the questions lately.

Jerry

Hi Jerry,

For comics we are currently working on opening and entering mail received the week of 2-22 so it will be at least another week or maybe longer until you see that in the system.  But you will receive an email once it is logged in.

Your membership credit is linked to your internal CGC account.  The online form is not a live form so you are not charged until we receive your order.  Once our accounting department gets the paperwork, they will deduct off the $150 credit from your grading fees and you would just be charged the difference.

Thanks!

Hello Jennifer, I opened a submission form for 21 comics this evening and when I went to print it I lost it. I had already put in my credit card number and everything. Can you tell me how to find it again so I can print it and ship it to you. Thank you so much for all your help. Jerry Hyatt

Hi, do you have the order number or your customer number?  We are keeping track of everyone who tried to enter a form before the deadline and we will get back to you with a resolution.  As long as the order was created prior to the deadline, you will still be able to receive the old pricing.

Thanks!

Hello,
My concern is regarding the discount I should be receiving as a Premium member.  I submitted several comics for grading with the understanding my discount would apply to this submission (CGC9681078662).  They arrived at your facility on 9 Sep 21 and have been in the queue at CCS since 19 Oct 21.  It has now been 5 months and my membership is up for renewal in about a week.  I would like to be assured, since my submission was well within the term of my current membership, my discounts will be applied to this submission - regardless of when the submission is completed.

I do understand your company is overloaded with work and delays are inevitable.  I can be patient during the processing time.  What I feel is fair in return is; membership discount benefits will be applied to submissions based on their arrival date to your facility and not on the date of grading completion.

A response to these concerns would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time.

Hello, thank you for your message. Yes, your membership discounts/credits would be applied as long as your order was received in our office prior to your membership expiration date regardless of when your invoice was actually logged in and processed.

Thank you!
