Good afternoon,

I have my shipment was marked "delivered" by the Post office to your location over 10 business days ago.  I completely understand you all are swamped, but I just want to make sure my package is there.  I was told not to worry if the time was less than 10 business days, but now it is greater than that, so I am reaching out.  Thank you for any help you can provide!

I would suggest sending these inquiries to their customer service inbox/email, that way you can provide them all the sensitive information they need in order to track it down.

Recent threads report that they are currently opening up packages from around the second week of February. As long as your tracking showed delivered, it is being held at the CGC facility waiting to be processed. It could be another week or two before it shows as received in your account which has been the norm for some time now.
