Today is 3/10 and they're still not marked as received. Is it that slow right now for being marked received? Or should I be concerned? Michael L. Hello, we have been working overtime to get to all the mail but we are still behind a few weeks. It is not uncommon to see delays in your "received" notice. No need to panic, we have a post office in our facility so it is safe awaiting the receiving team. We apologize for the delay but appreciate your patience. A sticky saying that you have a huge backlog would be great. It's good to know the P.O. Box is actually inside the facility, though. Thanks.
