I went in on 181 without a specific grade in mind, just two criteria - it had to present well (since I knew my price range was lower grade) and I had to get a deal where I felt comfortable. I went back and forth with the seller on BIN offers until we settled at a good place - ended up being just a tad under GoCollect's current FMV for the grade. It's a sweet book! And I know everyone says it, but I still can't believe the price of DC keys compared to Marvel. I guess it could be somewhat attributed to the popularity of the Marvel movies, but Batman movies have been just as popular (if not more so) over the years, so that doesn't quite make sense either.
