Hello to who is reading this. I am interested in submitting some of my Pokémon cards for grading and for som reason, I can't find the correct forms. I went to the link for Trading cards for the forms, but it doesn't show me a pdf file. What should I do? Also how many cards can I ship for the cheapest price?

Still doesn't send me the form. It just says mail in to headquarters.

The card details need to be entered in online first, one by one, which will generate a form when you are finished. Go to https://www.cgccomics.com/orderform/#/submit/services, select Trading Card, select Mail-in to Headquarters, and select Grading. Then you will be able to click the RED Next button to start your submission (online form, not printable)

Where do I fill out my list of cards. Can I get a link to that?

The first step is join CGC, you need to pay first, become a member, then you can submit.
