I live overseas and shipping can be quite expensive. I was wondering if there was a way that a bulk purchase of raw books from a seller (could be private or auction house) in the US could send the books after purchase for pre-screening and submission for CGC grading before they are then sent internationally.

Good morning,

It's possible but you would have to get the packing slip to the person submitting it and have them send it with the books.  Any submissions that come in to us must have the packing slip included in order for us to process it.
