Why is the time delay between delivery and processing not included in your turnaround times. 0

I just spoke to someone in customer service. She made it clear that there is a 3-week delay before what I had delivered and the processing times begin. This is really not clear on the page dedicated to showing your times. Why is this not included or made clear on the page.

Good morning,

Yes, there currently is some backlog due to the extremely high volume of packages we are receiving right now.  The time it takes to open and enter the mail from any given day will vary greatly depending on the volume of submissions coming in at any given time.  We don't currently have a good place to notate that on the website but it is something we are aware of and are working to try and find a way to communicate that more efficiently to the customers.

The three-week delay is accurate (if frustrating).  I had a shipment confirmed delivered by USPS on 3/10.  It was just entered into the system today.
