Membership issue 0

Hello I upgraded my basic membership to the second tier membership about a month ago however the reduction in grading fees were not applied I’ve tried multiple times to call and get this issue resolved however the customer service reps keep telling me it is how it should be when I know it isn’t my prices did not change my upgrade from basic to middle tier membership... can someone from cgc please help me with this issue?

If you can provide your customer number, I can check with our accounting department to verify what percentage was deducted.  Please note, however, that if you had invoices already in house when you upgraded, the new discount will not apply on those invoices already processed and charged.  The new discount price would only apply to new orders coming in after you upgraded.
