PGM ASM #12 - GRADE IS IN 3 3

I have some SA books that I am planning on sending to CGC with the hope I can get them back before Thanksgiving. One of my goals is to get ASM #1 - #20 in slabs, so I want to know if this book is worthy of being sent to CGC.

Clean & press for 5.5-ish.  It's up to you if it's worth the investment.  Not overly valuable at these lower grades, but then I don't have any SA Spider-Man.

Here's some value from GPAnalysis:

4.5: $336 in March, 2021
5.0: $464 in April, 2021
5.5: $575 in January, 2021
6.0: $494 in April, 2021 (??)

If I have a book with a value near $500, I'm OK with slabbing it. I am not doing this in preparation of selling it; I just like the way books look in a CGC holder. This gets me closer to my goal of having ASM #1 - #20 in slabs.

#1 - 3.0, #2 - 3.5, #3 - 4.5, #4 - 3.5, #5 - 4.0, #6 - 5.5, #7 - 6.0, #8 - 6.5, #9 - 5.5, #10 - 5.5, #11 - 6.0, #13 - 4.0, #14 - 4.5, #15 - 5.5, #18 - 5.5, and #20 - 7.0.

Well, I wish restoration (a small amount of glue on cover) had not been found, but it looks like it can be easily removed.

If it had some color touch or an edge trimmed… tiny bit of glue no one can even see? Like losing a game at the buzzer on a 50 footer.. this books value has been steadily climbing

I think the glue in question is located at the upper left-hand corner of the front cover. I'm hoping that it can easily be removed.

If the glue can be completely removed, then it should get a blue label when it is graded a second time.
